We know that losing a loved one is incredibly difficult, so we’ve teamed up with Life Ledger to make it as easy as we can. Life Ledger offers a free and easy-to-use service that helps with handling the likes of insurance, water, electric, gas, banking, broadband and more.

Using their services is very simple and enables families to contact all of the businesses that were connected to the deceased from one place, so there’s no need to deal with any back and forth or trying to contact several different companies.

If you need support with handling your loved one’s policy, we will be more than happy to assist you. Our dedicated bereavement team are available to call on 01302 567800, Monday to Friday from 9am until 5:30pm.

So that we can process any changes or cancel the policy, please provide us with a copy of the policy holder’s death certificate. Proof of executor may also be required, so please have this to hand when you contact us.

You can also write to us, if you’d prefer to. Please include the policy holder’s full name and policy number, as well as your contact details and a copy of the death certificate so that we can process the file and contact you.
